Structural design
- 2" x 6–3/4" 6005 – T5 alloy heavy gauge frame
- 1–1/2” x 1–1/2" 6061 – T6 alloy deck support stringers
- 1–1/2" x 3" 6061 – T6 alloy float support stringers
- 1" x 2" 6061 – T6 alloy truss braces
Decking
- 1–1/4" x 6" pre–drilled red cedar decking, with rounded edges
- Fastened to aluminum stringers with stainless steel (304) screws (Robertson #10 x 1–3/4")
- Choice of decking:
- Standard: Red cedar
- Options: Pressure treated pine
- Aluminum (with ramp & finger dock)
Floats
- Roto–molded polyethylene with heavy wall thickness (0.150 nominal)
- Foam filled using a 1 to 1.5 EPS density
- Features a flat top configuration, air pressure relief valve and offers a heavy duty mounting flange
Freebord
- From 15" to 27"
- Freebord of 15" with 12" floats, overall height of 18–3/4"
- Freebord of 19" with 16" floats, overall height of 22–3/4"
Buoyancy Fasteners
- Connecting bolts: 5/8" stainless steel (304) with neoprene spacers, locking devices & back plates
- Decking: Stainless steel screws (304) Robertson #10 x 1–3/4"
- Tracks: 1/2" stainless steel T head bolts (304) w/lock nuts for cleats and all peripheral dock components
